Sampler for Solid powder sampling system

Solid powder sampler is an instrument for collecting solid powder samples, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, agriculture and other fields.

Sampler for Solid powder sampling system characteristics

The solid powder sampler has the following features:

Fast sampling: can quickly complete the sampling operation, improve work efficiency.

High precision: the sampling amount and sampling time can be accurately controlled during the sampling process to ensure the accuracy of the sampling results.

Easy to operate: Whether it is a manual sampler or an automatic sampler, the operation is relatively easy to understand.

Wide range of application: suitable for a variety of solid powder sample sampling requirements.

Material: stainless steel

Sampling method: plunger valve control

Sampler for Solid powder sampling system Working principle:

Open valve: When sampling is required, the operator opens the valve by rotating the operating handle so that the stem drives the plunger upward. At this time, the medium can flow into the sampler through the sampling port.

Sampling: After the medium flows into the sampler through the sampling port, the operator can control the sampling time and flow rate as needed.

Close the valve: After sampling is complete, the operator rotates the operating handle again so that the valve stem drives the plunger downward to close the valve. At this time, a seal is formed between the plunger and the sampling port to prevent media leakage.

A sampling system usually refers to a system that can intermittently (or discretely) sample a continuous signal and convert it into a discrete signal (such as a pulse train or a digital sequence) for subsequent processing or storage.Custom sampling system At the heart of this process is the sampling technique, which obtains a series of discrete signal values by measuring a continuous signal at a specific point in time (sampling point).
