Cylinder closed loop sampling system

Cylinder closed sampling system is a system used to sample the medium under closed conditions, widely used in petrochemical, chemical, environmental protection and other fields, especially suitable for dealing with toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive or corrosive media

Cylinder closed sampling system is a system used to sample the medium under closed conditions, widely used in petrochemical, chemical, environmental protection and other fields, especially suitable for dealing with toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive or corrosive media.

The cylinder closed sampling system consists of the following parts:

Sampling box: A box for storing sampling equipment and controlling the sampling process, with a sampling panel system and necessary piping connections.

Sampling cylinder: a stainless steel material, with pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., used for storing sampling media.

Piping system: The piping connecting the sampling box and the sampling point is usually made of corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant material, 316L stainless steel.

Control valve: including three-way ball valve, needle valve, etc., used to control the flow of media and sampling process.

Pressure gauge: used to monitor the pressure state of the sampling system to ensure the safety of the sampling process.

Cylinder closed loop sampling system Advantages:

High safety: the whole process is closed, effectively prevent the leakage of toxic and harmful media, and protect the safety of operators and the environment.

Good environmental protection: the sampling process is pollution-free and meets environmental protection requirements.

High accuracy: the sampling process is standardized, and the sampling results are accurate and reliable.

A sampling system usually refers to a system that can intermittently (or discretely) sample a continuous signal and convert it into a discrete signal (such as a pulse train or a digital sequence) for subsequent processing or storage.Custom sampling system At the heart of this process is the sampling technique, which obtains a series of discrete signal values by measuring a continuous signal at a specific point in time (sampling point).
